FAVORED® Grains

Innovative Agricultural Concepts, LLC is cultivating new fields in response to mounting consumer preferences for Identity Preserved (IP) grain. In anticipation of continued discovery of beneficial output traits, Dr. Page has assembled a lineup of culturally preferred crops with an initial focus on corn and soybeans developed under the banner of FAVORED® Grain.

In order to meet international demand for Identity Preserved grains and oilseeds FAVORED® is assembling growers with an understanding of Identity Preservation and are equipping them with Protocols in excess of those established by AOSCA (Association of Official Seed Certifying Agencies, www.aosca.org). FAVORED® works with growers, grain marketers, millers, and feeders to supply uniquely traceable grain, allowing them to pass on the varietal advantages for the given application.

Innovative Agricultural Concepts, LLC, founded and directed by Dr. Claude Page, is supported by a group of health professionals with a shared vision for a “FAVORED® Brand” of grains being synonymous with functional foods or value–enhanced nutraceuticals.

Our culture is changing – we are starting to question how food is produced, and by whom. We are confident that over the next decade we will see much progress in beneficial FAVORED® Grains for nutrition, health, and industry.

FAVORED® Grain

FAVORED® Grain is a branded grain system that enables growers, feeders, millers and consumers to receive enhanced value from their grain.
Growers reap the benefits of high yielding varieties that have potentially rewarding characteristics.
Feeders and millers receive the benefit from the purity, consistency, and varietal advantages in their supply of favored Grain for the given application.
Consumers receive the comfort of knowing that their foods are made with ingredients and feeds that are derived from traceable, known-sources which can be tracked right back to the farm.

FAVORED® Seed

A key to achieving buyer preferred identity preserved grain is to start with a consistent, AOSCA inspected, high purity seed. FAVORED® Seed provides the foundation on which FAVORED® Growers have the potential to build extra benefit into their faring operation.

All Favored Grains must be derived from Favored Seed. Why?
  1. IP Grain starts with 99.99% pure non-GMO Seed Certified by ICA.
  2. Branding is key and starts with the protocols used in growing and handling of our Seed Stock in an IP manner to insure our product’s purity right from the start.
  3. Favored Seed is planted and grown in a manner that might seem a little extreme to some, thus our Protocols on planting, growing, harvesting, and shipping are designed to IP the bio-security and wholesome traits found in our grain.
  4. This will create great confidence with our Favored Grain buyers, allowing them to sell our Favored Brand to food grade and feed grade mills. Knowing that they will be selling the highest quality brand of grain load after load, test after test.

Favored 05 Program
Do it right-keep it tight
  1. Working only with producers, shippers, and buyers that share our vision.
  2. Identifying pocket advantages for shipping and marketing.
  3. Building grain program advantages to all from the farm to all families of the world.
